My steps were not synching with my app (app could not locate my device), so I downloaded the new app and now I do not have a step tile on my dashboard (and I do not have any hidden tiles) and I cannot find the battery indicator. I have reset my fitbit and deleted and reinstalled the app with no change. Help!
Best AnswerHi
Possible your tracker isn't linked anymore to the account as mentioning having no hidden tiles and not seeing the battery status (this is available when a tracker is linked), so could become unlinked somehow.

To setup the tracker using the phone, computer or mac, feel free to check out the fitbit article:

Hope it helps

A warm welcome to the Community @Aqua6mom. I would like to know if you keep having problems with your iOS Fitbit app? The only reasons why a tile can not be there is for a tracker that is not paired or for a missing tile. Please try the following to setup the tracker one more time:
1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account tab.
2. Tap Set Up a Device.
3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
For a missing tile try the following:
1. Open the Fitbit app.
2. Tap Edit in the top-left corner.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
4. Check the circle next to the tile you would like to show.
5. Tap Done when finished.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. ![]()
