I use Fitbit through the iOS app and in the last couple of days it no longer counts my step. Please advise of solutions.

@Maryc4 @Jenn123 @TheRoyalBritt Very strange. To double check, have you given the Fitbit App permission to track motion & fitness and that Background App Refresh is turned on?

You can check this by: opening your iOS settings > scrolling down until you see the Fitbit App and click on it  > make sure that Motion & Fitness and Background App Refresh is turned on.

If the problem persists, can you please provide the following information:

1. What type of iOS device are you using?
2. What iOS version are you running (ie iOS 8, iOS 9, etc)?

Keep me posted!

Both are on. It worked just fine until two days ago. I have iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 9

Hi Derrick,
My steps haven't been tracking for two days, and I went through the settings step you suggested. I have an iPhone 5c and software 9.3.2
Super frustrated as I just got this a week ago. Please advise.

I updated the app today for the new update and suddenly it works again today, but still no data for the days since my last post, but at least it's back.
