iOS app not allowing me to log in

I'm logged in fine on a desktop, originally logging attempts on my iphone prompted a message saying my account was going to be deleted but could be recovered within a grace period (for what reason I have no idea). I kept selecting continue to get an error message, and when I finally tried selecting cancel, I still get an error message but now I don't keep getting a message saying my account will be deleted. This whole app is trash and has given me hours of headache trying to set up and sync with my virgin pulse account. Please make your product work properly because the current state is a 3 out of 10.

My app is doing the exact same thing to me, very annoying!

Following this. I'm a longtime Fitbit user and just got logged out of the iOS app. It refuses to accept my password on the app (logs in fine on the computer). I've uninstalled & reinstalled, updated and changed my password. NO GO. Not happy, as I was considering upgrading to the Versa....

UPDATE 1: it finally logged me in on the app, BUT everything is displaying as ZERO.

Hey everyone,
I was able to get my app to log me in and sync with my device by requesting
(another) password change and logging in on my phone (on the app) right
after instead of logging in via desktop. I'm not sure if this fix will work
for everyone else but I wanted to share what worked for me. I'd recommend
trying this more than once if necessary and maybe waiting a few hours
before resetting your password (not sure If it matters but I waited about 6
hours before resetting my password again). Good Luck!
