My FB is charge and was trying to sync and set clock. Won’t sync says error 18. Help

I'm sorry you seem to be having problems getting your tracker to sync and getting this error message. This is a known problem but you can get this fixed by making your phone to forget your tracker in the Bluetooth settings. For this, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device".
