My iOS app (iPhone 12, latest software update) stopped responding this morning - data showed up, steps were tracked, sleep score was displayed. But nothing worked on the app - I could not tap anything to go to the next screen (i.e. Could not see details on sleep or heartrate or weekly steps or log water) so I updated the app. No difference. Still will not let me tap on any part to go to the detailed screen. I have reset the Inspire HR (not the issue - the steps are showing in the app), have forced close the app, have restarted the phone. Need to know the next step to take.
