Tracking my walking route on the iOS app is not working properly now. It shows a map of my area, but not my route. It displays a couple of straight lines going from start, to middle, to finish. I don’t know what happened. It was working fine earlier this month. Photos attached from yesterday and earlier this month showing the difference. Any ideas???

Hi LizzyFitbit,
I found a suggestion on another thread that said to adjust my Location Access setting from Always to Only When Using the App. That has seemed to fix the issue as far as I can tell.
Thank you.

Hi there, @BGCassidy.
Thanks for the details and screenshots provided, and let's work on this together. Before anything else, may I know if this is affecting only your walks? Or does the same happen when selecting Run or Hike from the MobileRun list?
In the meantime, let me recommend the following steps:
- Log out from your account
- Check if the Fitbit app is updated
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone
- Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account. Then, check your exercises one more time
