iOS app not working with Charge HR

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
Hello, recently my Fitbit Charge HR has not been working well with the Fitbit iOS app.

If I log food for one day, it will then add it onto all previous days. Then the next day, it deletes all logged food.

When I click on calories in, all the information is there but it does not show up on the dashboard.

Similarly with sleep, it will show the same log for sleep on all previous days and then on the next day it will delete it all again.

I've logged off, logged back in, repaired, deleted the app, reinstalled, did a soft reset and a hard reset on my Fitbit and nothing has worked!

Help!

@SunsetRunner welcome to the Fitbit family! That sounds a little odd. Just out of curiosity have you verified if this is also happening in the Web Dashboard? Do let  me know. Also, did you notice when did this start?

Have you tried force quitting the app? That might do the trick. Something very important is that you keep your app updated. Please verify that your iOS app has been updated by going to the App Store in your iPhone.

Hope this helps, keep me posted with the outcome! Cat Wink

This doesn't happen with the web dashboard no, just the app. I've tried force quitting the app yes, and it's the most up to date one and I have deleted and re added the app.

Thank you for your reply! Any other suggestions?

@SunsetRunner What you are describing is expected behavior.

If you are using the new iOS dashboard preview, the tiles below your daily activity stats show the most recent information even if you are looking at a previous day's activity stats.

You can tap each tile to see historical data for things like sleep or calories in. Click here for more information.

Hope this helps you out!
