iOS app required re-logging in, now all of my history is gone

when I starts the app today, it said I need to log in again.  After logging in, all of my history from app and website is gone

And now the VirginPulse app will no longer connect to my Fitbit account

Hi, @Coupe83 , it sounds like you have logged in using a different email address than the one you previously used with your Fitbit.  If you log in using the correct email address and password then you will find your history is still there.  

This is also the likely cause of the issue with the linked app, as the link is probably created with the email address.
