iOS app showing run but not steps

On Thursday I did a 5 Mike run which is showing on the app but my steps for the day are only at 4000. I know that the run was over 8000 steps alone.

I have both a Surge & a One so I think the steps that are showing are the steps from my One, but the activity is from my Surge. Any ideas on how to rectify it?

Hello @Lisar76 and Its good to see you in our community. This issue sounds kinda tricky, but my suggestion is to make sure if your Surge synced on that day. You mentioned that the activity is from your Surge, so review your activity history on your account if an activity was logged on that day. If not, it means your Surge didn't synced.

An alternative I can share with you is to enter a manual activity on the day that your steps are missing to replicate the total steps you should have. One of the members shared the steps to manually log activities: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-HR/Logging-exercise-manually/m-p/993957#M59524

Hope this helps and I'll be around. See ya later!
