Yesterday I made some changes to my profile and hit "save." Since then the app has been stuck trying to "save" the changes. It's frozen and I can't get out of that screen. I tried to delete the app from my phone, but then get a message that all my data will be lost, so I don't want to do that. Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

@Carma7 What happens if you just force quit the app and then re-open it?

I had the same problem, but I could 'solve' it by leaving the Fitbit page and pressing twice on the home button. There you can close all the pages that are still running on the background.
I made the changes on the Fitbit website because always got stuck again on my phone
