I would delete the app and reinstall. It will reinstall w/the latest version.

I would advise you not to update the app just yet! Have a look around these forums and you'll see the kind of nightmare people are suffering from.. Challenges are disappearing without winners being awarded their trophies, and the app is erroneously alerting people they are at the 5 Challenges limit when cleary they are NOT!

Yes, you should be aware that there are some issues with the updates. However, I have a 5s and a Charge HR and I haven't noticed a single problem since I updated both. So if you're willing to take the risk, there are definitely some out there that work.

iOS App version 2.20.1 was released yesterday morning and contains bug fixes for a few issues that were on the previous version of the App. If you are having trouble updating, click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.
Also, you can double check what version of the iOS App you have by: clicking the account button in the bottom right-hand corner > click the help button near the bottom of the page > and the app version will be displayed at the top.
