I want to re download the app after being away from fitness for a while. The iTunes Store shows it's available but when you click it, it just doesn't download or do anything. Apple have said its to do with the app and not them?

A warm welcome to our new friend @SunsetRunner! Thanks for stopping by! Man Very HappyMmmhh is really weird that you're unable to download the Fitbit app from the Appstore. Why don't you try to follow the steps provided in this post where other users where experiencing this issue and were able to download the app.
