@JMIL86 @Fiitbitwild This is a known issue that our team is currently working to resolve.

You should be able to download the Fitbit App by visiting www.fitbit.com/start and then clicking the iOS App Store button as a temporary workaround until this problem is resolved.

Please keep me posted if there's anything else I can do to help!

The link gives me a blank screen, and I get a spinning wheel when I try a search in the App Store. I thought at first that it was just my phone, but have since tried it on five different devices with the same result.

I went to different device that does not have it installed - I am getting the same results as you now.  Might have to wait a bit and keep trying.

Thank you but the link isn't working either. I'll just try in a bit. Thanks!

Since updating the Fitbit app last night it has mysteriously caused my Fitbit to stop working. I thought it was my Fitbit, and tried everything (resetting, cleaning, contacting Fitbit, etc.) I left my Fitbit plugged in over night despite there being no lights on in the tracker, and overnight the tracker went back on and synced. This morning I unplugged it and tried to sync with app after a short walk and the tracker once again went black (as if dead) when I plugged it in after about 10 minutes the lights went back on and it synced with app. I erased app and couldn't re download, but after some searching I found a way to download-the same thing happens as soon as I try to sync the Fitbit goes black unless it is plugged in. I am currently using mobile tracking as a means to keep up with my step bet goals, but all of this leads me to believe the app update caused a problem.

Is there a way to revert an update? (Go back before it was updated)

Thanks,
Lau

I am having the same problem.  The app store is perpetually "Loading" and the app never appears to download.  I have tried going through Safari and Google, but get the same result.
