iOS texts not sending

Hey! I haven’t been able to revive text messages to my versa from my iPhone since the last update. I can receive phone calls, Snapchat and Facebook notifications. I’ve read multiple articles on Fitbit’s help center with still having the error. I factory reset my versa yesterday, still no texts being sent. My app and phone are all up to date. Hopefully someone has an idea

Currently notifications are an issue that the Fitbit Team is aware of and hopefully will come out with a fix soon. Please see this thread here for any and all information pertaining to the notifications problem here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/td-p/3...You can find updates, tips and possible suggestions that can help there.
