I know the Zip model is now obsolete but I still use mine every day. It's accurate, is a clip-on and runs on a battery that lasts for 6 months.I sync through an iPhone S or a MacBook Air.I can't wear silicon wrist strap models because they give me a rash. I was hoping to continue to use my Zip for a couple of years more and am annoyed that the update Fitbit pushed to me has rendered the thing all but useless, It still records steps, calories burned etc, on the Zip screen but no longer connects to the Fitbit site. Is there anything I can do please?

Hello @OldSalopian
unfortunately you can’t delete the latest iOS update. At least by no way that I’m aware of. As far as your syncing issue. If turning your Bluetooth off then on again doesn’t solve the issue then go through your iPhone settings and find your Fitbit App and make sure that the “Allow Access to Bluetooth” is turned on and enabled.
😃 please let me know if this resolves your issue

Hello again @OldSalopian
maybe this will help point you in the right direction to what I discussed in my previous post 😉
