@Rach3501 A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Alta is not getting updated. I would like to know if you restarted your tracker as advised in Melissa's post. This is recommended to do at least 3 times. If you already did this, my best advice is to contact our Customer Support team so they can investigate further and get you back on track.
