iOS update

Unable to update my Alta. Have followed all the help steps but still no joy, any help welcome, Fitbit forums seem to be down as is the main help website so they may be having issues that are affecting the update

@Rach3501 A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Alta is not getting updated. I would like to know if you restarted your tracker as advised in Melissa's post. This is recommended to do at least 3 times. If you already did this, my best advice is to contact our Customer Support team so they can investigate further and get you back on track.
