I´ve had my fitbit Charge 2 for about 3 months now, everything was fine.
Recently i had sync problem so i deleted the app and installed it again, but when i try to log back in, the app just freezes and when i try and do the forget password it will show a "fail to send" message.
I´ve done it using my cellular data and high speed wifi.

Watching this as having the same problem.
Had some syncing issues yesterday so tried all the troubleshooting tips with no result.
Tried logging out of the app and now can't get back in, just freezes on the logging in page.
