I have just wiped my iPad, unfortunately I can't reload the Fitbit app due to not being compatible with my iPad.
Is is there anyway round this?

I don’t think is possible to download the Fitbit app on a incompatible device. You can call Fitbit Customer Service and they maybe able to suggest other options that I’m not aware of. Do you have any other device available for you to use that is compatible? Maybe your phone?

Unfortunately not, the issue i have with this is that it was compatible last week, since i did a refresh and the IOS to version 10. surely this is not right!
