It's on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices so should work.
Has it never worked for you or has it just stopped working?

@Jammie Additionally, I'd recommend making sure that you are using the most current version of the iOS App, version 2.22.1. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.
