Alta will not pair with iPhone 5

Have read through most of these threads and having same issues. Alta paired on initial setup, but will not now. Is there a pair button like Bluetooth speakers I'm not seeing. Also what is this "3 button reset" ?

Hi @Dfazi and welcome!

In regard to pairing your tracker to your iOS device, Bluetooth pairing is done through the App and not through your Bluetooth settings like a lot of traditional Bluetooth devices.

To answer your second question about the 3 button reset, there is a button the the Alta charger that is used for resetting your tracker. If your Alta is charging and you press the button three times within an 8 second period, your Alta will restart. Click here for more info.
