HR won't set up on app

I have a charge Fitbit and have had no problems setting it up on my app on my iPhone and syncing it. A friend gave me her Charge HR Fitbit and I tried setting it up on my account on the Fitbit app but it won't fully set up. It finds it and I put the code in, but when it gets to the last step to update it stops. I deleted the Charge Fitbit, restarting my iPhone and then reset the Fitbit, but it still does not sync. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Community @Catz80. If you are having problems setting up the Charge HR, I recommend Restarting the tracker and try the setup process from a Computer. After this the tracker should sync without an inconvenience with your iPhone.
