Been happening since I updated my hw app two day’s ago. Anyone esler having this bug on a charge 3? If I delete the app and reinstall I’ll lose all the data - which is my whole reason for having the tracker. I need it for health reports and monitoring sleep. Any advice for be welcome. I’ve gone through the phone reset, charge 3 reset, Bluetooth on and off 🤷‍:male_sign:

Hi @KJC12. Welcome to the Forums.

Thanks for the troubleshooting steps tried prior posting. I understand how important is to keep your data updated and let me help you to get your tracker syncing correctly! There are some factors that prevent your tracker from connecting correctly with the Fitbit app, such as have more than one Bluetooth connection turned on in the same room, as well to not have the Fitbit app updated to the latest version.

It this doesn't apply to you, I'd recommend to give a try to the following steps in the given order:

  1. Remove your Charge 3 from your iPhone's Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone one more time.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and tap on your profile's icon > set up a device.
  4. Choose your Charge 3 > replace device and follow the onscreen instructions.
  5. Accept the prompt to pair via Bluetooth.

I'll be around, keep me posted.
