iPhone 12 can’t detect Charge 2

Have a Charge 2 that syncs fine with older iPhones but it can’t be discovered by IPhone 12 (regular, not Pro). Have tried suggestions found on this board (related to 12 Pro) and have also restarted both phone and Fitbit. Help, would rather not have to buy another tracker.

Thanks for suggestions!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @cborg.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend doing the following on your older iPhone: tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device. After that open the Fitbit app on your iPhone 12, log into your Fitbit account and try to sync the tracker. Since you have several devices for syncing, the tracker is trying to connect to both and the Bluetooth connection can be interfered. Check if having your older iPhone not nearby or turning off Bluetooth on it helps. For complete troubleshooting tips, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hope this helps!
