I have a perfectly useable iphone 5 plus. I do not see this listed as a compatible iphone. Is my fitbit versa a waste of money ?

Hi, @Songofjoy , as phones get older they sometimes get dropped off the Fitbit compatibility list. I expect that is to keep the list from getting too long.
Have you downloaded the Fitbit app and tried to set up your Fitbit using your iPhone 5 plus. I believe that it should work. Please post again if you have difficulties or get stuck. There is always someone here to help.

Yes, I locked in to my modem/router successfully and tried to download the app but this was unsuccessful. The compatible iphones I then found were displayed on a list, but the iphone 5 was not on the list.
If this had been displayed on the package at purchase, I would not have made the purchase.
