Not receiving notifications

I just got the versa lite as a Christmas gift and I am not receiving any notifications at all. Has anyone had this problem? I called support and they were zero help. Said that I needed to wait til Fitbit provides an update. Anyone know when this will occur?

Congratulations on your new Versa Lite purchase! I understand your having notification issues. Currently notifications are an issue being addressed here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/td-p/3...

Pay particular attention to page one of that thread and carefully perform all the steps provided. If any new information or updates become available they will be posted there. I would suggest posting any questions or issues to that thread if you continue to have issues.
