iPhone 5s

My charge is broken and not able to get a new one until next month, I have read that you can sync from an iPhone 5s but it keeps coming up with an error code! Any clues how to work around it?

I'm not familiar with the error messages, but have you tried restarting your phone?  I didn't have any issues when I set up mobiletrack.  Also, make sure your signal is strong.  That seemed to help.

Hey there @Adder79 @kawaiiko! I hope you're doing great! Let me help you out, I'd try @kawaiiko and reboot the mobile device then try logging out from the app and log back in, if you still getting the error code take a snapshot and posted here so I can further investigate.
