Actually, your Blaze is able to recieve third party apps notifications; such as Facebook and WhatsApp. If you're enabling notifications for third-party apps, be sure the following settings are turned on for each app:
Also, make sure your mobile device permits notifications:

@Famous817 thanks for getting back to me! Actually, this release includes new features and fixes from the previous release in addition to improvements to the notifications service. This new Firmware for Fitbit Blaze began rolling out on September 22, 2016 and all customers can expect to receive it soon. Thanks for your patience! ![]()
