I'm having issues adding device to iPhone 7. I received Charge 2 last week. How is the iPhone 7 not a compatible device? Everyone knew it was coming out. Has anyone been successful in syncing to iPhone 7?

It's not a matter of knowing that the iPhone 7 was coming out, it is a matter of actually testing with the final product. Fitbit has to wait just like everyone else to get it and test it. I'm sure it will not be long before it makes the compatibility list.
