I am having a problem on a iPhone 7... I have tried every trouble shooting advice and been online with support from yourselves and Apple. The only thing that is different is in my app notifications I do not have the option “show in history” my daughters iPhone 5s doe have this option so I decided to remove the device from my phone and try it on hers... it worked!!! I then restarted the Fitbit... reinstalled on my phone... everything works apart from the notifications... this is driving me mad because I know it works... everyone I speak to asks me to do what I have already done... I just don’t have the setting “show in history” on my iphone app notifications... Please help!!! Without asking me to start again...

Thanks for trying all of those steps and letting us know what happened when you tried with your daughter's phone.
To make sure I fully understand the situation, is the issue that you are not getting notifications to your Fitbit? Or is it something else?
Look forward to your reply to better understand what is the best way to move forward.

Notifications were stopped in the app in June of 2018. The update pushed mid June no longer supports notifications.
