iPhone 8 plus not tracking runs

I have a new iPhone 8 plus, when I go for a run & go to exercise & press run it says to look at Fitbit app but can’t find anything on the app?! After my run, when I synch it, I don’t get a map or info about my run. Any ideas?!

Hello @Alicej01, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Have you updated the Fitbit app recently? Which tracker are you currently using? Are you able to see the message you're describing in the app or the tracker?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, at this moment, the iPhone 8/8+/X are not yet officially supported devices, our Team is still working to make them fully compatible but some features (such as MobileTrack, Notifications and GPS) are not yet working correctly. However at this moment I would like to suggest you to go to your phone Settings > Fitbit and make sure Location is enabled and set to Always.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can help you with, please feel free to reply.
