Just purchased phone & Can’t get Fitbit Alta to alert me of phone calls & text messsges.

I understand your currently having difficulty with your notifications. At this moment notifications are a known issue that the Fitbit Team is working on and hopefully a fix will come soon in a future update. Please watch this thread here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/td-p/3... That thread will provide you any updates, tips and possible workarounds that may help.
