Hi

My blaze was working and syncing fine (had it about 1 month) however when syncing it kept saying "looking". I have deleted and reinstated the app, I have reset my blaze, I have even removed the blaze from the app but now when trying to install it back to the app it just says "searching"

Any other suggestions??

A warm welcome to the Community @Sherlock2000. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. I recommend restarting your tracker a couple of times more, checking if your app is updated by following @MarreFitbit's instructions in the How do I update the Fitbit app for iOS? post. After checking this, follow the setup procedure one more time.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Wink
