My Fitbit won’t sync on any device. I’ve tried to get it sync on 1 iPod, 1 iPad, 1iphone, and my windows computer. It won’t sync to anything and I’m getting slightly frustrated as I check my Fitbit app numerous times a day. Anyone else having this issue?

I'll be moving your thread to the iOS board as I think it is better suited for it.

 

Thanks for sharing that you have tried multiple devices. In this case I'd like to recommend that you try following the steps in this article and stick to only one device for the time being. That way we can make sure we get a good way to get your Fitbit to sync.

 

In the meantime I'd like to ask you a couple of questions:

  • When did this start happening?
  • What device did you use in the past in order to sync?
  • Did you connect  your Fitbit to any other device before this started?
