So, my sister just gave me her Fitbit and I'm not trying to connect it to my Fitbit app account and it's not connecting at all. I've tried to reset it and everything and it's not working. I followed the steps on the app and on here and it's not doing anything.

Is your sister's phone nearby? If so, check that it doesn't still have a link to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your phone.
Another thing to check is if your phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices

Hello @Jrn56, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @SteveH, thank you for all your help. ![]()
@Jrn56, I'll be happy to assist you with this issue, thanks for bringing it up and for letting us know you have already tried some troubleshooting steps. As @SteveH mentioned, it's possible the device is still linked to your sister's phone, which is why it's recommended for your sister to go to the Bluetooth settings on her phone and check if the tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
After that, try to set up the device as a new device once again:
Remember to make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around and that the device is charged.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
