Hi. The app on my iPhone is not showing steps. I have tried editing my dashboard and it is not hidden. I have also logged out, switched phone off, then back on and logged back in. Please can someone help me.

Hi @Bridie01, it's very cool to see new faces around. Robot Very Happy Thanks for letting me know the steps you followed to try to fix this. Let me suggest you something else, try to uninstall and then reinstall the Fitbit app on your iPhone and let me know if the steps tile is back.

Hope that works! Smiley Wink

I have tried everything recommended in this forum and there's still no sign of steps on the dashboard of my iPhone 6 Plus. It was working perfectly for weeks and then suddenly quit. This coincides with my iPad not working correctly with the device. I'm not sure if the two problems are related. Please help! There's no point in sticking with this if I can't see my steps on the phone's dashboard.  Thanks!

Welcome to our Community @AliciaS! It's nice you see on board! Man WinkJust to make sure I'd like to know if you're not seeing the steps tile or if your steps are not syncing with your iOS device? If you're not seeing your steps tile I'd suggest you follow the steps provided at How do I change my dashboard on the Fitbit app for iOS?. If you're seeing your steps tile but it is showing 0 steps, please make sure you restart your tracker by going here: How do I restart my tracker? and then please make sure our troubleshooting tips provided at: I can't sync my tracker.

I hope this helps, my friend! Please let me know how it goes! Robot wink
