iPhone battery draining still persists in app version 4.13

I have a Sense 2 and iPhone 13 mini. The Fitbit app is responsible to over 90% of background battery usage and caused a severe drain overnight.

I have checked that I have "Motion & Fitness" disabled for Fitbit app in Settings, and I can not find an "All-Day Sync" option to turn off in the app.

This behavior is totally unacceptable, and has been happening for months! See https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/iPhone-s-battery-draining-with-new-Fitbit-app/m-p/5456036 which have been locked from replies.
