Let me help you with your Alta HR not syncing with your iPhone. The bluetooth connection is handled by the Fitbit app. You can try refreshing the link between them by doing the following:
- Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
- Restart your phone and restart your device.
- You can find additional suggestions here.

tried everything, including restarting my Fitbit. I can't get my MacBook or my new iPhone to pair with it BUT I reinstalled it on my old 5C and it works. Thanks for your help.
