Please help I’ve tried everything and cannot get any notifications since the iPhone update

Same here !!!! I’ve tried everything suggested and more and still can’t get text or call notifications to my Fitbit since the update, sooooooo frustrating!!!!!

I’m fuming 😤 come on Fitbit sort it out, like you said I’ve done everything they have told us to do but still does not work

Which update version are you referring to? 

Last week there where banners about this and on the iOS board there is a pinned post. 

IOS made a major change to how they handle notifications and did not give any advanced warning.

Hi it was the 13.1 I think, I need my notifications back but just don’t know how to do it, I have done everything Fitbit are saying but this does not work ?

i would keep an eye on the main post on this subject. I see nothing to show that Fitbit has pinned down a solution yet. 

Do i know anything that may help, not really since you will never catch me owning an apple device.
