hey guys i have the iphone xr and i've tried  EVERYTHING to get my fitbit versa to connect, can someone help me ? i had a problem getting notifications so i factor reset my fitbit and now it wont show up as an option on my bluetooth devices screen. ive tried resetting both my iphone and fitbit, ive tried logging in on a computer ive tried turning the devices off and on and nothing. im so irritated, someone help

Hello @amantha 

I’m sorry your having difficulty pairing your iPhone XR to Bluetooth. It sounds like you have done a restart on your Fitbit as well. Let’s try this since you have already tried so much. Let’s just uninstall the Fitbit App from your Device then shut down your device and restart it. (Make sure you do indeed have your Bluetooth on)  Once it reloads go to the App Store and reinstall the app and log in as you normally would. 
😉 please let me know if this solves your Bluetooth issue.

This still hasn’t resolved my issue with newest iOS update and notifications on my blaze.
