mobile track steps syncing

This weekend my Fitbit Charge ran out of batteries and I didn't have my charger with me so I connected the mobile tracker on my iphone app.  Now that my Charge is fully charged, I've lost the steps from my mobile tracker.  Can mobile tracker and the Charge sync at the same time?

Welcome to the Community @stvlwrn! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with this, by any chance have you been manually logging activities?  when you manually log an activity, its step and calorie data override the data automatically detected by your tracker during the same time period. This ensures that your steps are not counted twice as long as the manually logged activity has the correct start time and duration. I also recommend performing a restart 2 or 3 times in a row. If the issue persists and your not using MobileTrack remove it by tapping on Account - MobileTrack - Remove From Account.

Let me know how it goes!
