motion and fitness will not open on my mobile device and i am getting an alert via charge2

@RemaJ Thanks for participating in our Fitbit Community! Sounds weird that you are getting an alert on your Charge 2. In order to better assist you, please provide more details about the alerts you are getting. If possible, please provide pictures or screenshots of the alerts that tell you that motion and fitness can't be open.

The alert is on my charge 2 dashboard. I am in able to open my motion and
fitness app that goes with Fitbit because of this I can not get fit bit to
inform me on my running or exercise statuses
