not connecting to my iphone

hey, i've tried syncing my charge HR to my iphone 6+ to receive my data about my heart rate, steps, calories burned etc but it isn't connecting. the iphone has found the charge HR, yet when i type in the 4 digit code that comes up on the charge HR into my iphone it has trouble connecting. i've tried this also on my mum's phone and doesn't seem to be connecting either. help please!!

Let me help you to connect your Fitbit. As a first step please try doing the restart 2 or 3 consecutive times and keep an eye on it.
