My Fitbit Charge 2 will not all-day sync with my iPhone 5s. Both the phone and the Fitbit are updated and the phone's Bluetooth is on. It can "Sync Now" but when I try to turn on All-Day Sync, my phone says that the Fitbit needs to be "Bluetooth paired" and "set up". I thought I already paired the phone and Fitbit. Then, when I press set up, it loads for a long long time. Eventually, it says, "Bluetooth Pairing Failed. Call notifications and All-Day Sync are disabled for now". I'm not sure what to do. How do I fix this problem?

Welcome to the forums!
Have you checked your phone to see if Bluetooth has been turned off? Sometimes mine has been and I know I didn't turn it off
EDIT @AnthonyML
Also you really dont need All day sync selected. When you go into to the app it should start syncing.
Turn it off it might help

Best AnswerHi Wendy! Thank you for your quick reply. I have checked that the Bluetooth is turned on. The Fitbit does start syncing when I open the app but I don't know if it's a continuous sync. How can you tell?
