App not tracking steps

Anyone have the app not track their steps?  All the other info is there but this is the most important to me.

Make sure your tracker is charged, check out the charging best practices and then perform the restart 2 or 3 consecutive times and keep an eye on it.

My Flex does not track my activity either but the actual device shows all of the lights and is fully charged. I have deleted and reloaded app 3 times and did the same on my iphone. What is going on with FitBit?

Same problem, fully charged and shows lights but no steps being counted on app.

It is charged, it is the app that is showing no steps....the device itself is working fine after resetting a few times...but need a readout of steps on the app, cannot find them on website either when I check the computer.  I get all the lights lit, but do not know the steps, s it does not register to show calories on the app.  The app shows everything but steps taken.

Just checked and it registering steps now, and shows the steps from the past few days it has not been working. Will walk later and see how it is working. (If all info shows up).
