"Active Minutes" won't sync.

Worked out for 65 minutes yesterday, noticed today that my fitbit tracked NONE of it, even though I specifically clicked to begin "Spinning"- looked multiple times during my exercise and it was being recorded. 

 

Extremely annoyed that a "fitness tracker" no longer does what the name states. Any idea on when this will be fixed? Not to mention my message notification aren't working either, even after the troubleshooting tips.

Hello @be12 and welcome to the Fitbit Community 

I see your having an issue syncing your active minutes. Let’s try this and see if this doesn’t get you backup and running again:

log out of your Fitbit app

now force shut the app by swiping it up

now turn your iOS device completely off and wait 1-2 mins the restart your device 

now log into your Fitbit app as you normally would your Email/password 

let your device sync a few time to see if that will update your active minutes now
