"Track Exercise" stopped plotting on iPhone; shows on web Dashboard

Tried searching, but drew a blank. I was thrilled with the track exercise option. It worked gread for a while, i could see the HR and calorie burns on my 5K runs. Now (for the last 2 weeks) these plots no longer appear on the iphone 6+.  The most baffling part is that the web app shows the HR, zones and calorie burns that I could (also) see on the iPhone.

Clearly, it is logging the activity and syncing and sending it the web basboard age as well.

So, is there some option on the iPhone that I have inadvertently turned off that is preventing these plots from appearing on the iphone?

Welcome aboard @PGV. I'm glad you have joined to our Fitbit Community. By reading your post, perhaps the tile of your exercises is hide. Are you able to see the exercise tile with the blue runner guy icon?

If you are not able to see this, it means your tile is hide. To resolved this follow this steps:

1. Open the Fitbit app.
2. Tap Edit in the top-right corner.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
4. Check the circle next to the tile you would like to show.
5. Tap Done when finished.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around if you have more questions. Robot wink
