I have a Fitbit One. Fitbit version 2.24(531). Device is fully charged.  Less than 1 year old. 

I have an iPhone 6, updated to current iOS 9.3.2.  

I use the Fitbit Connect App - have for years - it's updated to the latest version, too.

I join Challenges everyday. Monday, June 27, 2016 had first glitch with challenges. Someone had included me in a challenge rematch which never showed up on my device. Not knowing this at the time, I started a "rematch" within the group. When I tried to later check to see who had joined the challenge that I began with the rematch, I got error messages. Then I got this error message: "We are unable to load challenges at this time. Tap to retry".  I tapped.  Nothing.  I waited.  I tapped again.  Nothing.

I have deleted the app from my iphone. I turned off my iPhone.  I turned it on again.  

I downloaded and reinstalled the app and signed in.  

I went in to check the challenges and got the same message about the challenge - unable to load. 

I turned off my bluetooth.  And turned on the bluetooth again.

I removed my Fitbit from Fitbit Connect and went through the process of "adding a new device" - which was the same one I deleted. 

I signed in again.  Went to check the challenges - got the same message that "We are unable to load challenges at this time. Tap to retry".  I tapped.  Nothing.  Multiple times over several hours. Nothing.

I deleted the app again.  I downloaded the app again.  I signed into the app again.  Still have the same issue.

Is anyone else having issues with the challenge screen displaying this message instead of the history of your challenges?  

Is there a glitch in Fitbit Land? or only on my device?  Any assistance would be great to solve this issue.

This is an UPDATE to my original post - it seems that as of late 6/28/16 the Fitbit Connect app was working as per normal.  All past challenges reappeared and the current day's challenge was there, too.  Obviously it was a glitch somewhere...but it resolved itself.

The new app for IOS iPhone 6 is not showing the challenges. It keeps saying "tap to retry "

I am having the same issue. I just started having issues a few hours ago. It started with an invite to a challenge and I clicked on the challenge but it gave me an error message saying the person who invited me is not valid or something. I couldn't get it to go away. So I logged out of my Fitbit and logged back in. And when I go into check my challenges. It says "we are unable to load challenges at this time. Tap to retry." I've also deleted the app, reinstall the app, turn off and on Bluetooth and logged back in..and it still says the same thing. I called customer service and was told that they will send my issue report to a tech... And that they will contact me via email to update me on the issue.. They couldn't tell me how long or when it would be resolved.. So I'm not sure what else we're suppose to do. But this is annoying AF.
