Hi,

 

I have juste got a fitbit tracker, but when I try  to do the setup on fitbit app that just load and do NOTHING,

So a try to my computer the softwar ask me to plug in a dongle ....

 

There are a way to setup a tracker that works ?

Hi there @Ellundril! Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 

Let me help you out, what iOS device you have? In the meantime try, try logging out from the app, reboot your bluetooth and log back in, then make sure you're following the instructions listed on this article.
