when u go into the detsils of your sleep cause you make this a separate item?
ie if it logs sleep from 11- 4am
then logs sleep from 5- 7am
the summary only shows 5-7am. u cannot see what time u were restless in the 11am -4am slot

It's nice to see you around the Community @lil_kazie!
Tap the sleep tile on your Fitbit app dashboard to see your sleep history and tap any particular day to see details. Choose your device below for step-by-step instructions. On the fitbit.com dashboard, click the sleep tile to view your recent sleep data. Be sure to sync your tracker each morning to see last night's sleep stats.
Time asleep is calculated by subtracting your time awake or restless from the overall tracked time. For example, if you slept eight hours, but woke up two times for 15 minutes each, the time asleep will show 7 hr 30 min. Your sleep quality is based on whether you were asleep, restless, or fully awake.
- Tap a particular day to see your sleep graph and sleep quality information.
- Tap the expander arrow in the top right to see more detailed data for a specific period of time. On the 1d view, you can drag your finger across the bar, and see the precise times that you were asleep, awake, and restless.
- Tap the expander arrow in the top right to return to your sleep summary.
On the other hand....
- During sleep mode, when your body is completely at rest and unmoving, your Fitbit tracker records that you are asleep.
- A restless state of sleep indicates that you moved from a very restful position into one involving greater movement, such as turning over in bed. This doesn't necessarily mean that you were fully awake or cognizant of your movements, but it may indicate that you were not getting the most restful sleep possible at that time.
- When your tracker indicates that you are moving so much that restful sleep would not be possible, your sleep graph will indicate that you were awake.
Hope this helps!
