syncing charge 2 and charge after iPhone update

Updated iPhone to 13 and lost syncing of my charge and charge 2

finally got charge 2 to sync but charge won’t ‘stay’ synced- any tips?

also got notice that firmware update is available for charge 2 but no info on what it will do

any feedback is appreciated

 

ill never update my iPhone again- not worth the trouble

I understand your having syncing issues. After reading your post I’m a bit confused on something. Are you trying to sync two Fitbit Trackers to the same account? (One being a “Charge” and the other being a “Charge 2”) If that is indeed what you are doing this may help: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1715
